workers comp had been paying the bills for my husbands injury it was turned over to a different case worker the case worker was trying to sue the company my husband works for .it is a family owened biss his mother ownes and he is her partner and one day sole owner.he had miss understood one of their letters he thought he was sighing a release of liablity for his mothers company .but it was a letter closeing his case so now after he had the rod removed from his leg they are not paying and its been turned over to collectors he went back to work no choice how to make it right this hurts bad how to resolve this the doctor needs to be paid
