grandparents rightsWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?minnesota, but my question is what are grandparent rights in north dakota?my son and i went to n.d. to get permission to have his daughter come to mn. for a couple of weeks her mother said it was fine until her husband came home from work and beat her up again because my son wanted his daughter so everything changed and she wasn't allowed to come.social services is watching them someone reported that the mother was doing drugs in front of her kids.i'm not sure what to do,if i should report that he is beating her up or stay out of it i want my grandaughter to be safe and so does my son he thinks we would just cause more problems for the kids and mom, what do i do? | There is no such thing as GPR. If what you really want to know is if you have standing to sue for Grandparent Visitation, please post your situation.
