I am a resident of North Carolina , an have legal health care guardianship of my twin grandkids, I have already filed for custody of them . Their mother my oldest daughter has not been herd from or seen by me go a week an going on 3 days , she has not contacted me at all regarding her children , what do I do to ensure the safety of the babies who are only 3months old an are preemies ? I don't want her to walk in an take them somewhere unsafe she is a drug user
