Question

I do not know what I should do -

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My daughter is living with her boyfriend (which he is on probation, but not for drugs) and they have an infant. I am watching the child at this time. My daughter as well as her boyfriend has done drugs in the past. My daughter has promised that they are not doing anything at this time, but his mother as well as I have suspected that they are doing something, we just are not sure of what, but we both know what they have done in the past.

She saw needles and vials of stuff in the room when she was helping my daughter organize, and she asked her what it was and my daughter said that it was stuff that he found and took from a dentist office, and one of the needles and vials was the stuff that was used to stick a person in the heart to bring them back if there was a reaction to anything. She asked her why he had it and she said he thought it was cool. She told my daughter to tell him to get rid of it.

The other night she saw several needle marks on his arm. He said it was scratches - she said she knew what they were due to her experience with his father years ago.

Tonight his mom called and told me that her and her husband found a vial along with a needle (which they kept) in my daughter and their sons trash. My daughter and their son said a dentist gave it to him. His father told them that they had to be gone by 5:00 pm tomorrow.

His mother and I do not want them to have the child right now until they straighten up - the child can scoot around and pick things up and it goes straight to the mouth. I want to get temporary custody and I do not want the
child to go to cps -

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So, you are risking the safety and life of the child.... for your desire to obtain custody??

No comparison... contact CPS TODAY!!! If you can arrange for custody, so be it. If not, then you have at least taken steps to protect your grandchild from possible danger!!

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
