My daughter against everything she believed in went back with HIM

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
My daughter finally got back on her own 2 feet with a beautiful condo etc. Husband found out, came back promising the WORLD. He informed me that I will NEVER see my grandchildren again. The oldest is 5 years and is not his. The younger 2 are 2 1/2 and 4 months. I have been there the ENTIRE time, he is STILL avoiding CS. He lives in daughter's basement. He is helping her financially but, after seeing her tonite, she is terrified and won't speak. He abuses her mentally. Should I call the apartment manager (he's not on the lease?) or what?
I'm very affraid for my daughter, he doesn't physically abuse her, but he breaks everything she owns. What do I do?

If you suspect domestic violence, then call the police. Otherwise your daughter is a big girl and you need to MYOB.

Are they actually divorced? Separated? With a court order for child support?
