I am having trouble with the mother of my granddaughter. My son is the father, who is currently incarcerated. They have a written agreement that my son would have his daughter 3 times a week, since his incarceration I have not seen my granddaughter. I spoke to the mother and she flat out refused to bring her to my home. The mother has also moved and will not tell us where, her phone has been changed and when she did call, it was from her mothers. My son has been writing to his daughter and sending the letters to her mothers address since that is all he has and the mother told me to tell my son to stop sending the letters there, he has no choice, that is the only way to contact her. I would like to know is the mother in contempt due to the agreement they have? Am I allowed to press this as his power of attorney, and the grandmother? I am at a loss, PLEASE help
