what to do

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas
My 27 year old daughter just had a baby with a married man that we do not approve of. He will not allow us to see the grandbaby. Do we have any rights?

No. You don't. At. All.

Whether you approve of him or not is totally irrelevant and likely your opinion has placed you in the position you are now in...not being allowed around HIS child.
