what if grandparents are threatened by keeping grandkids away if any legal issues add

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI What if a son-in-law threatens the grandparents with keeping the kids away if legal actions are taken against him. He works for a family owned business and he is embezzeling moneys and using co. credit cards to buy things. The poor people are so afraid of losing their grandkids. What do they do?

Where's the kid's mom? Why hasn't the owner of the business called the police?

in reality, nothing. even if dad is clean or dirty, he can still deny grandparents any visitation time with HIS children. grandparents have no inherent rights.

but being the ones to report the dad, pretty much closes that issue.

i'd still report dad anyway. expecially if it was MY business.

What kind of proof do they have?

Oh good.

He is a thief, an embezzler and an extortionist.

I would call the police and see if you can negotiate with the mommy after daddy goes to the pen.
