Alcohol intoxication treatment. Can it cause any problems in the future?

What is the name of your state? NY/NJ

Hi everyone. Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'll give it a shot.
Long story short.
Left out the bar.
Passed out on the street.
Hospital (Carbini Medical Center - Emergency Department). Alcohol intoxication treatment. Left the hospital in the morning.
Now the questions would be:
Can it (medical record) have any impact in the future?
i.e. if I apply for a security clearance?
or if I apply for a citizenship?
or in any other cases?

It's not a DUI. I'm over 21 yo.
