What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
hi my name is flaca and i was working for a medical office and was told that patient who has medicare medical can not be billed. if medical is secondary and has a charge of cost then we can billed patient but if they do not have a charge of cost then we can not billed patient. my main questions is there a code specific indicate by law if so, do you know what it is the code.
