Blue cross Blue shield drag

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Texas. My husbands step Dad informed us that Blue cross Blue shield has never paid a penny for his late wifes medical care. This has been over 10 years ago. He says he has been to court several times but they just delay the case again. How can they do this? Is there a way to make them settle? thanks

Nobody here would have a clue what the particulars of your FIL's situation is and why BC/BS is refusing to pay. Surely he has an attorney assisting him. If not, he certainly needs one.
