Claim payment denied?

I live in IN.
Claim was denied from 4 months earlier, benefits were verified and no notification of discrepencies were received.
Plus claim from 5 months earlier was paid. IDOI says claims must be reviewed in a certain no. of working days, but I can't find how many. What are my rights if any?

You have the right to appeal the denial. There is nowhere near enough information in your post to form an opinion as to your chances of success.
