employer disclosure premiums

What is the name of your state?
Colorado
Are employers required to disclose health insurance premiums prior to employees signing up for health insurance?

Are you talking about disclosing the TOTAL amount of the premium, or the amount the employee will be required to pay?

They should tell the employee what THEIR portion would be, yes.
This is often the detereming factor is a spousal situation who is going to get the coverage.

Contact HR and ask what the weekly health insurance deduction is - and if it's a before or after tax deduction.
