Employer and health benefits in TXIs employer required to offer health benefits to the employees in TX? Does company's size matter? What are the minimum requirements to offered health benefits? Where can I find more information on this subject? |

| No, it is not required, so what they offer is completely up to them.

| The only states where an employer is required by law to offer health insurance are Massachusetts and Hawaii, and even in those two states there are exceptions. In all other states, it is entirely up to the employer whether to offer health insurance, at what size, and to which employees, as long as Title VII and related laws are not violated. |
