:confused: The state is Texas. The question is: If health/dental benefits have gone into place for a full time employee and the employer cuts the employees hours to part time for a couple of months, must the employer keep health/dental benefits in place for that employee. The employee will be full time for part of the year, then to part time, then back to full time.
