Help With Icu Stay

What is the name of your state?INDIANA
IN 1999 OR 2000 I PURCHASED A CNACER POLICY THROUGH MY EMPLOYER. IT ALSO HAS A ICU RIDER ATTACHED. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO USE ANY OF THIS INSURANCE. IT IS THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED CONSECO. IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR I HAD A DAUGHTER BORN 9 WEEKS EARLY. SHE WAS PLACED DIRECTLY INTO THE NICU. SHE STAYED THERE FOR 31 DAYS. THE NICU IS DIVIDED INTO 3 SMALLER ROOMS. THEY ARE ALL IN THE NICU STILL. THE FIRST THREE DAYS SHE WAS IN THE BACK OF NICU, THEN SHE WAS MOVED UP DUE TO NEW BABIES. AFTER SHE WAS THERE FOR A FEW DAYS SHR THEN NEEDED OXYGEN FOR THE REMANDER OF HER STAY SHE WAS ALSO GIVEN CAFFINEE FOR HER BREATHING AND HEART RATE. THE POLICY WAS TO PAY $300 A DAY. WE ONLY RECIVED A CHECK FOR $600. THEY ADVISED THAT SINCE SHE WAS MOVED THAT HER CARE CHANGED. THEY BASED ALL OF THIS ON HER ROOM RATE. SHE WAS NEVER MOVED OUT OF THE NICU. SHE ACTUALLY RECIVED MORE CARE IN THE CHEAPER PARTS THAN IN THE MORE EXPINSIVE PARTS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

First of all, please turn off the caps lock. It makes your post very hard to read and is considered shouting on the Internet.

You need to get the hospital involved here. They may have to rebill the insurance carrier with an explanation of what happened and possibly even the NICU notes.
