insurance for step daughter

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

My step daughter is on my insurance. I only use doctors that are in network. Her mother wants to take her to an out of network doctor. Can the mom use my card with out my knowledge, therefor leaving me with a bill to pay?

The child's mom can take her to whatever doctor she wants. The bill will be the responsibility of the child's parents, not you.
