live in nj, work in nyWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey; husband works in NY just in case, I am missing something... I know if your health insurance that is provided by your employer is in NJ, your adult children can be covered until the age of 30 if they live with you. As my husband cannot find an attorney job in NJ and has not been able to in the past 3 years and we are thankful he works in NY (but it does not allow us coverage for our adult children), what is out there that might help us with our adult kids who live with us? Our son is graduating college in May; our daughter is a part-time student at a county college and is therefore not eligible for health insurance through school. We have started paying out of pocket for her and this will run into thousands of dollars over time. I am aware of Starbucks, etc. however i need not tell everyone that for every job out there, there are hundreds of people who want it. Any information would be helpful. Thank you. |

| She may be able to get some kind of coverage through her school for a lower cost. He will be eligible for Cobra until he finds a job.
