Lost Money

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

If I misplaced a check that was received in 2004 from an insurance insurance company for a health claim payment can I request that it be reissued?

**A: yes you can, so it now before the insurance insurance company goes bankrupt or is forced to give back their bailout money.

Don't be surprised if they are not overly eager to research and reissue a check from FIVE YEARS AGO.
