Medical insurance

What is the name of your state? Kentucky As of July 15, 2002, it became Ky law that medical insurance is now required to pay the customary reimursement for hospital and anesthesia expenses incurred during dental reconstruction for children 8 years and younger, as well as mentally challenged children of any age. Can anyone tell me how to find this law? I really need a copy of this for my insurance.
