Msp Laws And My Employer

undefinedWhat is the name of your state?MICHIGAN

I am employed full-time, have BCBS PPO health insurance, and the company has over 20 employees.

My husband is retired and has Medicare. Per MSP laws, my BCBS PPO should be the primary payor and Medicare secondary payor. BBCS PPO is saying that they are secondary and only my employer can change that fact. If my employer does not update my records, are there any alternatives to resolve this issue?
