Question

Question for/about my parents

What is the name of your state Maryland, Carroll County?

I didn't know where to post this and it may not be appropriate to the forum, but I have to post it just to know I tried.

Hello good folks,

I'm back. You've been so helpful in the past and it's tremendously appreciated. This time I have a question/s concerning my parents.

They're financially at rock bottom and my mothers medical conditions are getting worse with age. I've tried to suggest my brothers and sisters getting together to discuss what we can do in the past and it's always been like talking to the wind. Things have become worse since then and my next oldest brother suggests an intervention to discuss our options.

My mother and father have no savings. My father is to proud to ask for any type of assistance and lays it all on my mothers shoulders because "her getting sick is all in her head." He tells her "the doctors are bleeding us dry and the pills she's taking are just killing her." My father's a former marine if you wondered.

From what I know they have Medicare and some type of AARP supplemental insurance. My father, being a 76 year old former marine can get help from a veteran hospital if he ever gets seriously ill (which I doubt his rigidness would ever admit to).

Is there any help that the veterans hospital extends to the spouse?

Can anyone guide in a direction to look into hospital, doctor's visits, and prescription drug assistance that may be available to them in Maryland?

I know these are all based on their income, which is nothing. This family meeting will be held in a few days, and I wish I'd known earlier to look into what I can find on the net. I thought I'd ask here because you're all so knowledgeable.

"Thank you so much"

Contact your local social or health services office.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
