Secondary Insurance refuses to coordinate benefits with PersonalCare HMOMy secondary insurance carrier through my wife's employment refuses to coordinate benefits with my State of Illinois PersonalCare HMO plan. | You should ask the secondary insurance company what their appeal procedure is.

| I'm guessing he's trying to get the secondary insurance company to cover the portion of his claim that the primary ins. co. doesn't pay.

| Yes but I need to know EXACTLY what they're saying and how they're saying it in order to advise further. "Refuses to coordinate" is vague. |
