united health care disaster

I have american medical/ united health care and
they refuse to pay for anything. I pay $500+ a month. I wanted to pay for a visit my self, and go to a nurse specialist ,and she said they are in negotiations with united and can not treat anyone with united insurance! So I cant even pay cash!
how can this be?

The doctor's office does not have to accept you as a patient, for any reason.

I have no idea why your insurance won't pay anything because you have provided zero details. So you will have to ask THEM why they won't pay.
