What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I am currently living in Ohio and I am 4 months pregnant, my partner got a new job in Florida and I am worried about my Medicaid coverage during our move to Florida.

Since I am pregnant will my coverage transfer?

Medicaid does not transfer. Each state has their own criteria. You will have to apply in Florida and they will decide whether to approve you - the fact that you had Medicaid previously in a different state is not relevent to them.
