In the state of Ohio if an employee gives a 2-week notice and the employer says he does not want the employee to work the full 2 weeks are they still required to pay the employee? Also, would the employer be required to pay commission for time worked? The company I currently work for pays commission 2 months after the commission is earned. For example, the commission earned in November will not be paid until January. If I were to quit in January would the company be required by law to pay me the commission I earned in December? Thank you!
