I applied for a job in Las Vegas, Nevada that I was fully qualified for and then the woman asked if I was 21. I just turned 20 in April and I was told I couldn't work for them because you must be 21 or older for legal reason with driving their trucks, or something to that extent. Is there any way around this? It's a really good job.

No, there is no way around that. If they only want to hire individuals who are 21 years of age or older, they may. Since you'd be driving a truck there probably are legal reasons, including the requirements of their liability insurance carrier.
