What is the name of your state? Florida

Case:property manager allows an individual, who is not an employee of the management company, to view leases, tax returns, credit reports, etc. of other tenants who live on the premises.
Point #1: Does this break any confidentiality law?

Other than complaining to the management company and requesting an investigation, does this break any ethical/moral obligations based on policies/procedures of the company.

Thank you for assistance/advice!!

1) Leases. No.
Taxes: Why would the management company have copies of your TAXES???
Credit Reports: Depending on the FACTS, probably.

A.This is a bonded compnay which requires a tax return/proof of income.

A.The property manager is allowing an individual access to office computer during regular office hours which includes all files of all residents. I do not know why she is allowing "unauthorized" people to view personal/confidential files, etc.

This individual has maintained a personal diary.

Thanks......
