I have been fired after 12 years of service. I owe my boss $6000. He suggested I pay him $600/month. I told him do to being unemployed I could pay $400/month; that's it. He is now holding my $6000 401k check with my name on it and wants me to sign it over to him. Can he do this? He has had it for 2 weeks now.
