A VERY BIASED DRUG TEST WAS GIVEN TO ONE SHIFT OF ONE DEPARTMENT EVEN THOUGH THE SAID "PARAPHERNALIA" WAS FOUND IN A VERY ACCESSIBLE PART OF THE PLANT ON A SHIFT OTHER THAN OUR OWN. THE CONTRACT STATES THAT IF IN THE EVENT OF A URINALYUSIS THAT IS POSITIVE, HE SHALL BE GIVEN THE OPTION FOR REHAB. WE WERE GIVEN NO SUCH OPTION. THE UNION REFUSES TO DEFEND US, PARTLY BECAUSE THE UNION REPS ARE GOOD FRIENDS WITH THE COMPANY OWNERS. WE WERE MISREPRESENTED FROM THE START AND THESE IDIOTS HAD NONE OF THE FACTS BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO LISTEN TO THEM. WE NEED SOME SERIOUS ADVICE AND A SERIOUS LAWYER QUICKLY. THE SAID EVIDENCE WAS FOUND 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE TEST, AND A NEW EMPLOYYEE STARTED THAT NIGHT OF THE TEST, YET THEY MADE HIM TAKE IT ALSO. I HAVE THE REST OF THE DETAILS SO EMAIL ME!!@!

You are entitled to a copy of the drug test. Get it. Then call the information officer of your region's National Labor Relations Board and see whether you can file an unfair labor practice charge against your employer. Your union has the obligation to represent you. If it does not, you can file an unfair labor practice charge against them also. In any event, if you have a charge, the NLRB will represent you and you might not even need an attorney.
