What is the name of your state?ca

i'm looking at a fee agreemnet contract from a potential lawyer. one paragraph...they are asking for agreement to adr. i've read through most of the adr forums...this doesn't seem like a good fit for employment claims..such as age, wronful terminatin and whistle blowing.

thoughts?
