Nevada. One correction: When they called me after my interview, they did not call me to tell me I did not get the job; rather, they told me that they were closing the position and reopening it as a ph.d.-required position. In other words, the position qualifications were changed in the middle of the hiring process. (No diclaimer on original posting.) Sorry, but I wanted to clear this up because I'm sure it makes a difference in the way the practice should be viewed. Thanks.
