if i recently got a ticket for criminal trespassing and am currently going to court, would i be able to put on my application that I have no previous criminal history and have never been arrested? how would that show up if they ran a BG check since it is still "pending" so to speak?

Looking at your other posts:

1) Fired due to a "huge misuderstanding" and a "little wrongdoing" on your part.

2) Strolled into a university stadium. OK, understandable, wanted to see what it looked like from ground level, maybe a bit of fantasizing. But wait.... wandered into an office area because a TV was on and into an office for "2 seconds." You've never seen a televison before? Never been inside an office? Charged with criminal trespassing.

3) Now, let's see: can I parse words about being arrested?
