Apt Manager

I was hired as an apt manager in AZ and would like to know what the landlord is supposed to supply as far as my pay.
right now all i am receiving is an apt with ele, and water and A/C included. I do not receive any pay and he tells me that is all I am entitled to.
Other managers are getting pay checks as well as the apt's and util

Well did you sign an employment agreement? What does it say?

What apartment managers? do they work for your landlord too?

Also were you promised any money? what did the ad say that led you to this job?
