What is the name of your state? Virginia

If this Agreement is declared unenforceable and cannot be modified or interpreted to be enforceable, we each agree to waive any right we may have to a jury trial with respect to any Claim.
Am I reading this right? If I sign my name on this form do I waive my right to a trial before my peers no matter what the Claim is?

Is a Claim (defined as "all disputes, claims, or controversies") different from a charge?

You will have to show the entire agreement to an attorney in your state. No one here can interpret the enforceability of an agreement based on one isolated statement taken out of context.
