can an employer force an employee to sign an arbitration agreement in california? if i refuse to sign, can an employer fire me? when i questioned the hr dept, they said it was contingent on my employment. i feel it's bs, especially since i've been working there for over a year. what are my options? i've been ignoring it... but they are bugging me to sign it. what will happen if i say no to signing it? thanks!
