I posted a question about is it legal to fire someone on short-term disability? I guess FreeAdvice.com doesn't have any lawyers left who want to have anything to do with these Bulletin Boards any longer. AttorneyPages.com doesn't respond either, so what good are these two web sites? I won't be back, that is for sure! Disappointed in Texas!

People people people. Yes you can get fired on short-term disability. I think the average is what after 3 months?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.
