What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I am interested in applying for a position as an Army civilian nurse at TAMC in Hawaii. I have an Honorable discharge for 1970-1972 and an Other than Honorable discharge for 1976-1981. Am I eligible for hire as an army civilianWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You need to pose this question to the Office of Civilian Personnel at TAMC.
