Arrest Record on Job Application

What is the name of your state? Delaware

I am applying for a job with JP Morgan in the Wilmington DE office. Part of the application process ask if I have ever been convicted of any crimes besides minor traffic violations.

I have a few arrest records for summary offenses such as underage drinking in college and noise violations for houses. Should these be put on an application or does this question only apply to misdemeanors?

The application does not ask about ARRESTS.

It asks about CONVICTIONS.

Put them all down.
