What is the name of your state? MN
Can my employer fire me from my 100% commission position if I refuse to sign a non compete? If so does that disqualify me from unemployment in the interum also?

Yes, you can be required to sign the non-compete. Whether or not refusal will disqualify you for unemployment is a question only the state can answer.
