our state is Oklahoma, we have an employee that was in an auto accident while at lunch with co workers 6-1-01, she is still off of work and today called and states her physician has given her another 4 weeks off. question is when she is released to come back to work does she have to be given the exact job that she was doing before or a job at the same pay but different discription. She had been with our company for 6 months prior to this accident.
