Back-pay

I was working for a company in Michigan that was privately funded. The funding ran out and the company now owes me approximatly 2 months of back-pay. The company is still operating with a reduced staff, and may be paying the staff. They have not filed for bankruptcy. I have since left the company. What avenues can I take to get my back-pay?
