On July 28th I quit my job because because of a hostile boss/owner. At the time of my departure I was owed $15,000 in back commissions from 2003, $2000 in travel expenses, vacation pay 2 weeks. The commissions were being paid off monthly. Since I left the owner has not responded to my requests for payment of expenses or commissions. Do I have any options other than getting a labor attornery to sue? Appreciate any council?
