What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois.
I was recently (March) ticketed with underage drinking. My court date is not untill June 29th.
Last week I applyed for a cash register job and the office runs a criminal record check. I know that charges show up, but as i have not even been to court yet will this appear? Also does it seem a bit weird for a Farm&Fleet to run a background check on a 17 year old girl?

Whether it will or will not show up will depend entirely on how thorough a check is run. And no, it does not seem odd to me at all. If it is their policy to run checks on all new employees, why should you be exempt?
