(NJ)I have been working on temp. status for a company for three years. About three months ago I got arrested and was given PTI (probation). I was a full time student but due to legal fees and fines I need to get a full time job. I put in an application at my work, and they require a background check.
1. What can they access, in New Jersey? (arrest. . details?)
2. Can they "fire" me from my current temp. job?
3. How likely is it that they will find out about this?
Please, I am trying to get things back on the right road but it seems like I have no chance.
