I am currently seeking employment in the non-union trucking industry in the state of Florida. I was employed in the unionized trucking industry in the northeast for many years and was active in Union affairs. My inability to even get a response from potential employers has me concerned that I am being actively blackballed. I have many years of accident free experience, a squeeky clean license, and good references. Are there any resources that I can draw upon to find out what is going on? Any advise? Thanks
