reside in texas - we have an employee that isvery nasty - she had a brief affair with the owner of the company two years ago - the owner of the companies wife is dying of cancer and she does not know about this affair - she balckmailed the owner to continue her employment or she would go to his wife and say something - i cannot locate any laws on blackmail or cohersion within the state of texas being illigal but I assume that it is. any help in any direction would be greatly appreciated.
