What is the name of your state? TN and PA

I recently was terminated from a position with the stated reason of 'had I been on-site I would have been able to keep the position'. However, as a condition of my employment agreement it was accepted that I would be able to work from home. Both states are at-will states, but does the fact that the contract addresses the specific issue of my location mean that this is termination a breech of contract?

Also, my contract mentions that it was expected that after 6 months I would relocate. Would this constitute an expected minimum duration of 6 months for the contract?

One final question in general. What happens when contracts are internally inconsistant? Are the inconsistancies ignored or are they allowed with peference given to the first or last explanation?

Thanks in advance!

No, only that your work location is remote.

No, but nice try.

Please hold the contract up to the monitor so we can read and advise.
