My company has filed Chapter 11. Pre-Petition they refused to pay employees they owed checks too. Eventually the court allowed the company to pay them. The company is going to make another round of layoffs, and I'm wondering what rights I have now that they are in the Post-Petition phase. Do they have to pay me?
The company has already broken the WARN Act, and has not honored employment contracts. If they choose not to pay us, what can we do?
