Can I claim unemployment (KS)

After giving a 2 weeks notice to my employer on a Monday, my employer stated in an email that Wednesday will be my last day...(Yes, I have a copy of the email)

Can I file for unemployment benefits?????...even though I gave a 2 weeks notice...my employment Was terminated technically

Ask the Unemployment Insurance Division. They'll give you the rules.
